My husband and I met when we where sixteen years old and became high school sweethearts. Two years ago we where blessed with the birth of our son. We lived in a small apartment for a while and always wanted something bigger. We never thought it would be possible to own our own place or at least not for a while. We found an ad in the paper for an apartment and decided to call. The moment we met Jorge he made us feel so comfortable and took his time with all the information we needed. We did not know much about purchasing properties or how much work and time it took. Jorge helped us out with everything and was always willing to answer any questions or negotiate any better deals.  

We are so fortunate to have met Jorge. We are also very grateful for all the long hours and extra effort.             I met Jorge L. Perez through my mother-in-law which had purchased a house from Jorge over 10 years ago. She highly recommended him and expressed how he had gone out of his way to help her find the right home. I then decided to give him a call and set-up an appointment. From that very first meeting I knew that Jorge was a realtor that was going to make things happen. His professionalism and wealth of knowledge was evident.

            Once we had selected a home that we wanted, Jorge negotiated for us a great deal. We were able to add value to our house thanks to his great foresight and advice. During the entire time till the closing it always felt as if Jorge worked for us and only us. He would call daily with updates and making sure that everything was always on schedule and as accommodating as possible for me and my wife.
